Two categories sitting inside one market

Two distinct commercial categories must be held separately. The first is production-scale photobioreactor engineering — hardware and turnkey systems sold to customers growing microalgae biomass for food, feed, cosmetic, or industrial inputs. This category is mature, European-led, and has existed for fifteen to twenty years. The second is the productised urban air-capture unit — a standalone structure sold to a facilities manager, a refinery's CSR budget, or a municipal corporation as a carbon-capture and air-quality asset, independent of any biomass off-take. This category is roughly two years old and is currently an India-only phenomenon.
